A typical day at TJ starts with coffee/tea etc. or team stand-up. depending on when you arrive or your preferences. Stand-up helps to shape the day, and gets everyone off to a great start. We all then get stuck into the day's activities. We have a strong ethic of support for all team members, with a strong belief that support is available to anyone from anyone. In other words, if you're unsure of something, there's always someone to ask for help. We have a couple of chill areas, a fully functional kitchen with coffee machine, tea, microwave etc. Not needed on Fridays, where we all get together for free lunch. We are strongly goals-focussed, allowing team members to work at their own pace, in order to ensure that we meet our goals. We believe in work and fun, and a balanced environment.
Our hiring process revolves around an initial interview where the primary aim is to get to know each other. There may be a second interview with additional members of our team. We usually request an online psychometric exercise to be completed. We would then provide an offer letter, and hope to start a mutually beneficial working relationship.
