Role description
We're seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join Transaction Junction in Century City, Cape Town. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our business transformation efforts, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable specifications. You'll manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, gathering and analyzing business needs to drive improvements and enhancements across our organization. Your expertise in requirements management, business process mapping, and change management will be essential as you collaborate with Product Development, Technology, and various business units including Customer, Sales, Operations, and Compliance. You'll become a subject matter expert on our data and processes, delivering solutions that help us operate efficiently while maximizing profitability. We're looking for someone who excels at making sense of complex information, optimizing work processes, and building strong partnerships across teams. To succeed in this position, you'll need a degree in Business Analysis, Commerce, Project Management, IT, or Engineering, along with at least 5 years of experience in projects, business analysis, and process mapping. Experience within mobile networks, payments, or technical environments is highly valued. Hiring Process
Our hiring process revolves around an initial interview where the primary aim is to get to know each other. There may be a second interview with additional members of our team. We usually request an online psychometric exercise to be completed. We would then provide an offer letter, and hope to start a mutually beneficial working relationship.
