Our Interview Process
If you like what you see, we will kick off the process with a screening call between you and the hiring manager. He or she will give you a brief overview of Luno, our team's mission and will answer any initial questions that you might have.
Should both parties choose to move forward, we will start the formal interview process. This will include a face-to-face meeting with the hiring manager, your potential team members, as well a Friday drink on our balcony to meet the rest of the Luno team. In between the interactions we will ask you to do an off site practical test that you can complete in your own time.
Once a final decision has been reached, the standard reference and background checks will be done (with your consent). Should everything come back ok, we will submit a formal offer of employment to you, and will (hopefully) welcome you to the Luno team!
