As one of the leaders in the Netherlands branch, Lourens has been intricately involved in the interviewing and hiring processes for developers. With over 15 years of experience in software development, Lourens finds fulfillment in the diverse challenges of working as a full-stack engineer. In addition to this technical role, Lourens also manages a client relationship for one of the projects, demonstrating versatility in both technical and client-facing responsibilities.

Felix is a German technology entrepreneur, now residing in South Africa. In 2012, he founded Flexperto, an Enterprise SaaS company that garnered over 100 enterprise clients in the DACH region such as DEVK, HUK-Coburg, Deutsche Telekom or Mercedes Benz. In 2021, Flexperto was acquired by a Private Equity company. In 2023, Felix made the decision to step down as the CEO of Flexperto in order to channel his expertise towards a pioneering social impact venture - Project Y. Project Y invests in talented individuals from low-income backgrounds in Africa, providing them with education, financing and job opportunities in return for a fair share of their future income.
