We're a growing full stack software dev company. We develop our own products as well as products for third party clients. The work we have done on some of our products such as Flick, Chatterly and others has caught the attention of international start-up companies and has led to a demand from companies in California and Europe seeking our services. Whilst we have a long standing local client base most of our current work is for off-shore start-ups. Our developments centre around iOS, Android and HTML5 apps for clients and in some cases extends to back end developments as well. We're focused on providing the best solutions for our clients by not just being technically outstanding but also through properly understanding their business processes.

Our engineering process is often driven by the clients and teams we work with. Generally it follows the Agile approach and using tools like Trello etc. to enable. Whilst in some instances external frameworks are used we normally prefer as little dependency on external libraries as possible. Again, this is often influenced by our clients.
Our hiring process is relatively uncomplicated. It starts with a face to face interview. In some cases it may be followed by a technical test. There may be a few follow up phone calls... Reference checks are done and then an offer is made to successful candidates. Candidates can also spend some time with our team in the office and get to know who they would potentially be working with and get a better understanding of what we do.
