We do a combination of own-product and custom software development. Own products include a new suite of mobile workforce management apps using Flutter and a web-based HR/Payroll called NuQ. In custom software dev, most of our projects are mobile, web, and/or integration focused. We're tech-agnostic, but most of our projects at core are either C# or Java.

Hiring process: We do an online screening and best candidates from this are required to submit CVs for further screening. From the screening process, top candidates are invited for interview (±1 hr) with a panel of 2-3 of our senior team members, which includes technical interview.
