Our Engineering Processes
We work in small, multi-disciplinary teams headed up by a Tech Lead and a Project Manager, as much as possible, we like to work in an agile methodology, working closely together with: Designers, Usability and our Clients.
Where possible (and relevant) we employ all the good things: Responsive Design, Continuous Integration, Automated Testing and Solid Analytics implementations.
Our Hiring Process
Once you've applied online we'll give you a call to talk through any open positions we think you might be suited to.
If we're both excited at the prospect of working together we'll set up an interview at our offices where you can get a sense of the office vibe, and we get to talk through some technical scenarios.
Lastly, we have a practical technical assessment which covers the nuts are bolts of the specific technologies you'll be working with.
We normally know very quickly who the right people are, and don't need to drag our feet ;)
