Who We Are

Since our founding in 1994 in Sydney, Australia we have been driven by a mission to lead the international logistics industry in technology innovation. Our operations now extend worldwide with offices in Australia, China, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, United Kingdom and the United States. Our single platform system, CargoWise One, is licensed for use in over 125 countries globally to increase productivity and improve integration, automation, and communication within the supply chain.

Our Development Process

We develop using WiseTech’s award winning agile Test Driven Development (TDD) platform that incorporates a test-first methodology, delivering source code controlled product via daily development with new monthly feature releases. Each time a new feature is developed, we first build automated unit tests. The code for that feature is tested against over half a million unit tests to ensure compatibility with our existing software and functionality. The use of the automated unit tests improves the software’s stability through the early detection of potential problems. Besides unit testing (Test First methodology), we do functional Testing, UAT, and Development Partner functional testing. If you haven’t developed using TDD before, don’t worry – we’ll teach you!

Our Interview Process

Our interview process is role dependent, but all of them take some time from engagement to offer. The typical interview process for a developer is:

• Telephonic interview

• Coding test completed at our office

• Psychometric tests – completed online in your own time

• A technical and soft skills face to face interview at our office
