Our head office is in Johannesburg, our CTO lives in the Seychelles and almost all resources are currently working remotely due to Covid. We work with JIRA in Sprints with a Scrum Master on a day-to-day basis and ensure that knowledge transfer and upskilling occurs throughout the business. How fast you grow as a developer and a person is up to you and we promote a culture of growth and excellence.
Our Hiring Process
We would like to first have a call with you to get to know you as well as get an understanding of your core competencies and experience. From there, we will conduct a psychometric questionnaire to determine whether you are a good fit for our business. Thereafter, if you are the right fit, we get you onboard ASAP!
