Who We Are

We’ve turned the competition green with envy, wishing they’d thought up what we’ve developed. Our clients call us their best kept secret. Who we are is showcased in a formidable portfolio of software products (online itineraries, marketing tools, distribution portals, content APIs, Facebook widgets and more) that support the travel industry. Our developments are predominantly client-driven, so we keep client relationships close and constructive to ensure that our products continue meeting their evolving needs. It’s a labour of love and our clients are our business.

What We Do

Tourism changes constantly in the way it is marketed, sold and impacted by consumer trends. This requires our products and services to evolve constantly to ensure our clients maintain their competitive edge. Conquering Africa as a start-up was no picnic - it's an extremely challenging and complex tourism environment. Since then we've extended our digital tentacles and made solid progress in Latin America and Oceania, now entering South East Asia.

Our Culture

We’re a diverse team that works hard and plays harder. Often work is play. Healthy banter runs rampant. Quirky character is standard. We love a good chuckle and are not opposed to pranks. We get muddy, we eat, we do our bit for the community, animals and environment. We’re not full of it, don’t like to brag, but we have a pretty cool office to work in and awesome folks to work with.

Our approach to development emphasises feature ownership and deep involvement by developers in planning, design and specification process. We’ve got UX expertise on our team to ensure we remain true to our users’ needs. As much as we've grown, there's much more we’d like to do for our clients.

Hiring Process

If you think you have what it takes to join our team, that's awesome; the process is straightforward.
After a successful initial interview, depending on the type of position you are applying for within our Dev team, there are two possibilities:
(i) You get the job!!!
(ii) You are required to do a short (paid) project assignment to test your competency, if successful, then voila!
