Highlights

Warp Development is on a mission to build a world-class tech team through OfferZen.

Warp Development is committed to drive growth and innovation in the tech community.

Summary

Warp Development is a senior technology consultancy specialising in AI and intelligent automation, legacy software modernisation, custom software development, staff augmentation, IT infrastructure and managed services, and strategic technology advisory. Since 2002, Warp has helped organisations across financial services, healthcare, logistics, retail, and professional services build technology that delivers measurable outcomes in production. 100+ engineers, architects, and advisors across offices in Cape Town, Pretoria, Adelaide, and Atlanta, serving clients across South Africa, the US, UK, Middle East, and ANZ.

The work is technically substantive — production AI systems, legacy modernisation at scale, complex custom platforms for clients in regulated and high-growth industries. Warp also builds its own product: OrderEazi is a commerce and order management platform developed in-house, which means engineers work in an environment where product thinking sits alongside services delivery. Engineers are expected to contribute from day one and given the space to grow over the long term.

People are at the centre of how Warp operates. Ownership, compassionate teamwork, lasting partnerships, a solution-seeker mindset, and the pursuit of mastery are not aspirational statements — they show up in how engineers review each other's code, share context before handoffs, look out for each other when things get hard, and show up for clients when challenges arise. The working environment is informal and hybrid. Output matters more than presence. The standard is consistently high because people hold themselves to it.

Hiring process Step 1: Apply and upload your CV Step 2: Technical assessment Step 3: Interview — online or on-site Step 4: Offer, or feedback either way
