Vicinity follows a Scrum framework and is very agile in the development management in order to adapt to customer needs and competitors.

Our Hiring Process

We have a four-stage hiring process:

1. Initial telephonic interview (15min to 30min)
2. In-person interview with Product Manager for 40mins and with the CEO for 20mins (1h)
3. Online technical assessment (1.5h, but test allows up to 5hrs)
4. Culture fit - meet the team (30min)
