1. Culture check: Interview with software development manager
2. Technical assessment: 2 hour online assessment. Tests PHP, SQL, and JavaScript
3. Chemistry + Knowledge check: Code reading session with software development manager and at least one developer from the team.
4. Meet the CIO

6. HR processes: Vetting of references / qualifications / etc.
