Who we are

Urbanise is an Australian company with headquarters in Sydney and offices in Australia, Bulgaria, South Africa, and UAE.

With the rapid urbanisation taking place across the globe, a huge need arises how buildings we live in are managed. Our focus is how we can improve this, and our name is also derived from the word urbanisation.

Together as a global team we take these challenges on.

What we do

Urbanise offers software products to the property sectors across Australia and Middle East. We focus on the Strata and Facilities verticals in the property sector. Our typical clients are property managers who administrate the finances of buildings as well as the facility managers maintaining those buildings.

We offer our software products to the market as a cloud solution where they become one of the multiple tenants we host in Australia and Europe on AWS.

Working with us

We have different teams in our global development team. Each team has a specific product or component they are focusing on. Our teams range from the core product verticals which are Facilities and Strata to Analytics, DevOps, Integrations and ML. You would work with one of these teams to design and develop our products.

Our development team is located predominantly in Melbourne, Pretoria, and Sofia. You would engage with team members in South Africa and the other countries daily.
