Summary
What we do
We take ideas (internal or external) and turn them into startups after careful selection and validation. We provide the infrastructure and support required to allow startups to focus on whats the most important - execution and gaining traction. The leadership and core teams help startups with everything related to getting off the ground and into the market. From CEO & CTO roles to product managers, developers, business development, sales and maketing. Our aim is to take great ideas and turn them into successful ventures. We focus on blockchain-related (trust-tech) startups, but welcome anyone that is not using blockchain to join us as well.

We have a very energetic but relaxed environment, where we embrace creative thinking and allowing everyone to provide their input in a collaborative workspace. We host events, hackathons, training sessions from time to time and encourage everyone to participate where possible. Our working hours are 8:30 – 4:30 but your time is mostly flexible.
Our Culture
Relaxed and fun environment. Daily standups to check in on progress and offer help where needed. Cross-pollination of skills is important to us and would encourage team members to learn from each other as much as possible.
Our Engineering Processes
We use various programming languages, ranging from Javascript to smart contracts on Ethereum. We allow you to get down to the details and so that you can do your magic. Quality code is important to us.
Our Hiring Process
We require your CV to determine if we feel there is a match. If we think you possess the required skills we invite you over for coffee for an introductory chat with the team. We will explain how we work, the kind of projects you can expect to be working on for you to see if you like it and its something you would like to do. If you like us and we like you we will invite you for another interview with more people from the team, including technical team members. We will require everyone who reach this stage to do online technical screening. Once we reach this stage we will start discussing salary expectations and make you a formal offer. There is a 3 month probation period in the contract as usual.
