We are a fast growing startup that was founded in 2013. We have 120+ Tripaneers working from our office in Amsterdam and around the world. We are driven to serve our customers and to best understand what makes a travel experience unforgettable and how we can help as many people as people to enjoy a life-enriching experience. Hiring process

This is what you can expect when interviewing with us.

Our interview process has the following stages:

  • A bit more about the technical assessment: It consists of a live coding round to test your skills in datastructures and algorithms. It's then followed by a system design round.
  • What will we be looking for during this assessment? No need to know it all or be perfect, we want to understand how your problem solving skills are and how you communicate your solutions.
  • How to make a good first impression: Just be yourself and be open and transparent.
  • How long does our interview process usually take, from first call to offer stage? Our interview process usually take around 2 weeks, depending on everyone's availability of course.
