What we do

Tourmap Web is the IT branch of the African Eagle group, an incoming tour operator based in Southern Africa and East Africa. We develop and support their online booking systems. Tourmap used to be our in-house Windows-based application running in our different offices, we are in the process of migrating the functionalities on our web-based applications.

Our Engineering Processes

We are a small team of developers working on one main project and several others. Each member of the team is in charge of his/her part of the project but sometimes it is required to work on common pieces of code. In both cases we are involved in all steps of the process, from design to support.

Our Hiring Process

We have a two step process that involves writing a skill test (max. 45 minutes) of the different development languages that we use followed by an in-person interview. The decision is then taken rather quickly, we don't let the candidate wait for days for the final answer!
