Our Engineering Processes
We strongly believe in the core principles that the agile community has strived for, and as a team, we strive to improve our process all the time. We are always open to ideas from the whole team and continuously review processes to improve teamwork and deliver quality work we can take pride in.
We are passionate about scalable event-driven solutions and exciting machine learning use cases the business needs has brought us.
Currently, we work in a 2-week sprint cycle, following the git-flow methodology and have continuous integration set up for most of our environments.
Our Hiring Process
We do two interviews per candidate. The first being a technical proficiency test, this is then followed (if required) by a practical test.
Should you pass that well, a second "cultural" interview will be scheduled. Positive and negative outcomes are communicated swiftly - within a week.
