We are very different to other development organisations. We work using agile methodologies doing two-week sprints delivering against a defined prioritized requirements list. All our projects are broken into sprints and Clients commit and pay according to sprints.

We look to only work with the best. We will offer you a chance to prove yourself before we commit, but once we do you are part of our family for the long haul. We are looking for people that believe in themselves and are prepared to show that.

Out interview process is simple and to the point. You will meet with our Solutions Director. He will explain the company, how we work and what we are proposing for you. If you like what you hear and he likes what he sees he will discuss the next steps with you. We will put you onto a real project and will pay you per sprint for that project. Perform and show your expertise and he will then look to put you into our permanent team (no probation just prove yourself and the sky's the limit).
