Our Engineering Processes

We use DevOps as our sprint planning tool and Wiki. New features and products go through Design, prototyping, user testing and architecture design before hitting the development cycle. We run on a 3 weeks sprint with 2 weeks being development and the 3rd week being QA testing. We follow sprint rituals such as retrospectives, sprint planning and backlog refinement. All engineers have direct access to the product owners for any questions or clarity, this forms part of our belief in transparency.

Our Hiring Process

  • First round: Get to know you - background, interest, experience (1 hour)
  • Second round: An assessment - for engineers, it is a group programming assessment (2 hours) for Product owners, it will be a take-home assessment to be completed in 1 week and a follow-up session
  • Third round: Meeting the team
