How we work
We encourage you and allow you to move forward with new ideas to help grow the company. While we prioritise top-quality service for our clients, we also encourage you to be yourself and have fun. We don’t promote work/life balance in the traditional sense, rather we believe in “work/life integration.” We like having a good time at work, not just outside of it. There’s no need to hide your random quirks or awkward dance moves from us. In a way, you might be taking a “break from life” by working here!
Our process
- Pre-screening: Initial review of your CV, LinkedIn, Portfolio and Evaluation Questions.
- Pre-screening assessment: If we think this is a potentially good fit, you may receive an assessment.
- Interviews: If we love what we see, you may complete several rounds of interviews which may include:
- Relevant team lead/s: This will be a deep-dive interview to get to know each other and assess your overall skills, experience and superpowers. You may also be given a whiteboard problem or take-home assignment.
- People and Culture Lead: This will be an HR and culture chat.
- Executive team: based on the role’s level of seniority.
- Other team members/leads: This is an optional culture chat.
- Reference checks: At least 2 professional and personal checks (socials, networks etc.).
- Offer and contracts get sent: We are a match!
