The support office has 50 people in an open plan environment where the team works sharing ideas and implementing action plans across the various fields – Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Financial, Human Resources, Operations, Central Reservations, IT, Training and Property Development. We operate in a 21st century environment which is open plan; spacious and lends itself to idea creation.
The support offices role is to develop, start and then support our hotel operations. We do training and don’t believe in micro management.
At each property, the people feel pride in running their own business, which is strongly supported by the support office.
Each person feels like they are an entrepreneur in their own business and are encouraged to make decisions which grow revenue and control costs. Entrepreneurs are encouraged to challenge the status quo and incentivised to push the envelope in developing innovative business ideas and go the extra mile to win our clients satisfaction.
We run our properties as business leaders and not typical hoteliers.
