Our Hiring Process

Our process has 4 separate engagements. They are progressive if you are successful after each round.

• Round 1 - 45 minute telephone interview to understand more about you, us and the role you are applying for.
• Round 2 - 8 - 12 hour technical interview. This is done remotely over a 5 day period. Do it in your own time but make sure that you deliver the results. It will be challenging but fun if you are up to it.
• Round 3 - 45 minute cultural interview. Does Tentpole live up to your expectations and will you fit in here. This is a panel interview. At the end of this, if you are successful, a provisional offer will be made.
• Round 4 - this is not an interview but rather a background, criminal and credit check. This is done on all candidates before you become permanent.
