Our Hiring Process

Our interview process has the following stages:

• Virtual interview to get to know each other, learn more about the role and the company.
• Tech assessment
• In office meeting to meet the team
• Offer

What will they be looking for? We are a young, vibey team and culture fit is vital. Our clients are mainly medium size enterprise so building good and lasting relationships with our clients is important to us- we need a Dev who is happy and comfortable liaising with clients. Honest and hardworking Developers. A good attitude, logic and enthusiasm.

How to make a good first impression: Please do not be late. Make sure camera and audio are good and clear. Please understand what company does (high level overview). Be interested and engaged. Good luck!
