What we do

Tatis has a rich history of building international revenue management solutions. Having ventured into customs management in 2006 we were contracted to deliver a customs solution to Luxembourg.

In 2010 we made a strategic decision to establish a partnership with Oracle. The adoption of the Oracle Public Sector Revenue Management (PSRM) suite as the core component in the Tatis offering led to the achievement of Oracle Gold partnership status. Today Oracle and revenue authorities recognise us as experts in revenue management and as an Oracle PSRM strategic partner.

Today our focus is on Tax and Revenue management. The solutions we provide are based upon the Oracle technology stack with PSRM at the core. The Oracle technology supports external integration enabling the revenue authority to establish a single view of the taxpayer across all revenue streams.

Our Engineering Processes

Technology

Tatis is an implementer of a COTS (Custom Off The Shelf) solution in the Revenue Management domain using an Oracle product called PSRM (Public Sector Revenue Management). Other related Oracle products used during implementation are Java, Oracle WebLogic, Oracle Database, PSRM Tax Analytics, OBIEE, BI Publisher, Oracle Documaker and Oracle Linux.

Methodology

The development methodology used is based on the Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM). OUM’s implementation focus provides a framework to develop and to implement technology-based business solutions with precise development and rapid deployment.

We adhere to a test-driven development approach, where the business requirements are turned into test cases. The development effort is then focused on passing the tests. We believe that this shortens the development life cycle, due to a strict focus implied in the development effort. This also results in quicker acceptance by the client, due to the test focus having been applied throughout the process.
