OUR HIRING PROCESS:
This is what you can expect when interviewing with us.
Our interview process has the following stages:
1st step: 15 minute intro chat with Mia. If this can be done in person that is ideal otherwise virtual via Google meet.
2nd step: Tech Assessment. The focus of the assessment is on PHP & NodeJS.
3rd step: Technical assessment Interview- Panel interview with the team (about 6 people).
Final step: Offer.
A bit more about the technical assessment:
The focus of the assessment is on PHP & NodeJS. AWS is also tested but more for us to assess your level- this is not a deal breaker should you not perform well. It is a 2 hour timed test and you have 3 days to complete it. Please note, we do track page clicks and switches- we know research is important but be conscious of your page navigations.
