Symplexity is an in-house developed HR and Payroll System that has been around for almost 30 years. We cater for the more complex environments like the Mining, Construction and Power industries

We are a very flat-structured Company. There is no red-tape (except timesheets and issue tracking). If you are a team player you will fit right in. We have been in the HR and Payroll business for 30 years. Our biggest asset is our staff members and we look after them.

Our Culture

We are a family oriented company and we like challenges. Everyone in the company, from the CEO to the junior developer help each other and work just as hard. There are no designated parking spots :)

Our Hiring Process

If we like your CV we will send you an invite for an initial interview (normally 20 minutes) and then a technical assessment. The first session takes about an hour and a half. If you have done well enough in your assessment you will be invited for a second interview.
