We achieve the above by building various tools that can be used to aid companies in following a lean process. These tools include a simulator, an innovation management platform, and several others.

Our Engineering Process
We have a very basic process at the moment where high level requirements are added to Pivotal Tracker (moving to Jira and / or Trello). These are then discussed in detail and notes are made. We then discuss who will tackle what with assigned timelines. We run this process in 2 week sprints. All completed tasks are tested and either get fixed or make it to production.
Our Hiring Process
We have a very informal hiring process. We have a discussion with all candidates and find out what SWITCH can offer them and vice versa.
