The SWARM Hiring Process

An introductory meeting with some open conversation to assess whether you will fit in to our culture and objectives. Successfully negotiating this chat will mean you can spend a couple of hours with the team to have a look at what we do and how we do it. Following an internal team review you will be contacted for a second interview which may include a technical assessment.
