This is super important to us. We have a fun, flexible and flat culture. Everyone's voice is heard. And we get out the office to do fun things - like hike Lion's Head!

Our Hiring Process

We'll meet for a coffee to make sure we're culturally aligned. Thereafter, you'll undergo a technical test to ensure we're commercially aligned.

1. We have a face to face meeting, usually over a coffee.
2. Technical assessment (usually like to stick you in the deep end with a long-standing client of ours, to see how you can solve their problems).
