I am looking to hire people who treat their work as a craft they are constantly trying to perfect and hone. If you only think about your work from 9am to 5pm - as a means to an end - then it's unlikely that you'd fit in at our company. That's not to say that I expect you to work beyond 9-5 - quite the contrary. But our team is made up of people who chose this line of work because they love creating, problem solving, and putting out the best version of their craft no matter what.
