We need purpose-driven developers who care about clean code, scalable systems, and meaningful UX.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• 6+ years building web or mobile apps (JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React - a must).
• 3+ years working with AWS + third-party integrations.
• A sharp mind for scalable architecture and best practices.
• You guide the team through smart tech choices (and explain the trade-offs).
• Clear communicator, great collaborator.
• Agile team experience (Scrum or Kanban).
• You’re always learning. Always improving.

This is a remote role with hours aligned to our Florida HQ (8 AM – 5 PM ET).
