Who we are

Smudge is a development company that focuses on custom developed projects for clients. We love a good challenge and have developed very complex web app based projects over the years.

If you are the type of developer that likes a challenge and that is able to deliver across a wide range of project types from ground-up custom developments, custom Wordpress development (not only relying on templates and plug ins), custom E-commerce development and more - then Smudge is the company for you.

We are not a large corporate but the work we do here is exciting and it makes a difference.

Hiring Process

The process Smudge follows when hiring:

The first interview will be on a technical level, where we will discuss your past projects (please ensure you have work to show in this interview as this is a crucial part of the process).

Your work will be reviewed and a technical discussion will take place.

If Smudge can see that your expertise will fit well with what our company has to offer our clients, we will then have a second interview. The second phase will be a more relaxed interview and we will discuss what you want from a company and career. We will discuss what culture Smudge has within it's environment and what type of company you are looking to join.

If you have experience in e-commerce that is a massive plus and if you have worked on Prestashop and have written custom plug ins for Prestashop then we want to meet you.
