Our Engineering Processes

We believe that a solid developer environment is key to producing great features. We are an agile team who aim to release early and often, we rely on solid CI/CD pipelines and test driven development to deliver quality features.

Our Hiring Process

Our hiring process consists of a short "Skill and Will" interview where you can get to know SkyGeo and determine if our ambitions align. Following that we have a deeper "Top Grading" interview with a few members of the dev team where we can delve into your experiences - and you can get to know our process a bit better. Finally we have a "Day At The Office" where you get to know the rest of the company and do some hands on problem solving with the team.
