We mostly build and support systems for UK Government and FTSE 100 companies, but we also do some cool projects for our smaller customers.

Our Engineering Processes

We follow an agile process, adapting it to suit the client and the situation. We believe in test first, test last, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Infrastructure as Code as appropriate to the situation. We work in git. We make pull requests. We collaborate where we need to.

Our Hiring Process

Our usual process won't apply as we are now hiring fully remote developers. We would normally have a telephone conversation first to see if it's a mutually good fit. We would then invite you in to meet at our office in Central London (although most work remotely at client sites) and at that time do some coding with you to establish your working practice. After the meeting we would make a decision quickly and let you know as soon as possible whether we want to proceed.
