Having operated for more than two decades in the risk finance and captive insurance market, SRS is ideally resourced to offer a range of risk financing, captive management and related services to suit all aspects of our client’s national and international risk finance needs.
Our hiring process is pretty straight forward; we require an aptitude test to be completed, which has a minimum pass of 80% (this baseline acceptance mark has been set by our current and past employees, including our directors). Once the test has been passed we will conduct a face to face interview to get to you better and see if there will be a good fit. Where there are multiple candidates for a position we may conduct a follow-up interview.
