Our Engineering Processes

Adaptable and highly developer-driven. We are not strict Agile, but we move fast and grow our processes to match our needs. We depend on developers who can write clean and maintainable code that we can build on as we grow.

Our Hiring Process

We want to find people that excel at what they do: talented developers that thrive when given control over their work. At the same time, we want to candidates to know exactly what to expect in the company so we can be sure you'll land a position you love.

ShotFlow achieves this through:

1. An introductory chat to get to know you and tell you more about how we work
2. A short online coding test: two short Swift coding questions, and a couple of multiple-choice questions
3. A tech interview to go over specific iOS and Swift knowledge
4. A back-and-forth session with our lead iOS/macOS developer where you'll work together to solve a hypothetical challenge similar to those we face at ShotFlow; showing you the kind of work we do and how we operate as a team
