Larger projects lifecycles will initially have some form development stages. However post initial release there is an XP (Extreme Programming) approach.
We believe in Agile as a frame of mind NOT a methodology (Amazing how many companies get this wrong).
We do not make use of Scrum, as we are too small a team to warrant it.

Our Hiring Process
Our hiring process is very straight forward. Consisting of a single interview with a number of soft skills questions, followed by a small and very straight forward, written, technical test. The interview should last no longer than an hour. Post that we will revert back to you whether your interview was successful or not.
