SanlamConnect is Sanlam's intermediary-focused business. We build the platforms, tools and digital experiences that help financial advisers and intermediaries support their clients and grow their practices.

Our focus is on making it easier for intermediaries to do their jobs by reducing administrative work, improving digital journeys and giving them better access to tools, data and insights.

We're evolving a digital platform that brings these experiences together across Sanlam Risk and Savings (SRS) and Glacier, with a strong focus on technology, product, design, data and AI.

Our Hiring Process

Our process is designed to make sure there is a strong fit from both a technical and cultural perspective.

1. Source, screen & assess – Candidates go through our initial screening, assessment and technical interview.
2. Candidate review – A candidate pack is shared with the relevant hiring stakeholders for review.
3. Psychometric & background checks – Candidates complete a psychometric assessment alongside DOTS 360 checks, including ID, criminal and credit checks. Any flags are reviewed in context with the candidate rather than being an automatic rejection.
4. Final culture-fit interview – Once checks are complete, candidates have a final culture-fit interview with the relevant leadership panel.
5. Offer & onboarding – Successful candidates move through to offer and onboarding.
