We are a world-class team of inventors across agriculture, technology, science, and policy, combining the logic of science with the scale of AI to model a system (soil), that is too complex for either alone. For this role, it means working alongside Soil Scientists, Machine Learning, and AI experts to build the systems and interfaces that deliver the value of our underlying technology to the different stakeholders.

Our Culture

Our management team is located in the US, but the core engineering team is based in GMT+2 and GMT+1 time zones (South Africa, UK, Croatia). We work remotely and independently, with Slack as our virtual office, and everyone is available to soundboard whenever needed. Two standing engineering calls a week, and one Team Meeting on a Monday Afternoon. We are a hardworking and passionate team, and will be looking for a highly motivated candidate to match the culture.
