Summary

About us

SAEON is in process of building extended Research Data Infrastructure, partly through revamping of existing releases and partly by developing new functionality.

We need to accommodate a wide variety of technology stacks because of the diverse nature of scientific data applications, but in essence we try and create a service portfolio based on operational databases and content management systems, and then package these as REST servies for stakeholders to use or for our own user interfaces to work with.

Metadata search and discovery is important, as is visualisations and decision support based on a large number of standardised data sources, distributed in the web and not necessarily managed or hosted by us.

Our hiring process

Connection is made and we interview face to face; thereafter should both parties agree on an offer we precede with standard HR checks. Work commences as soon as possible.
