RiserGuardian is the culmination of a joint effort between STRESS Engineering Services and the OPTIMUM Program. The result is the best in class CBM program. The programs Continuous Evolution Cycle reviews data annually and improves maintenance processes.

We design bespoke software and tech solutions in the energy industry. Our main product, the OPTIMUM Program, is a complete solution that streamlines the process of conducting riser inspections - collecting data and visuals via a mobile app that is paired with a web portal where engineers can review and generate reports.

Our Engineering Processes

As demand for tailor-made software solutions has grown, we are adding an in-house dev team. As a result, we will rely on our technical leads and industry best practices to create and continuously improve our engineering processes.

Our Hiring Process

Our hiring process is streamlined to be as easy as possible and involves 4 stages:

1. Initial candidates will be shortlisted to determine best fit
2. A brief phone call to discuss the position and assess culture fit
3. A technical assessment (This will either be an online or take-home assessment but may be waived in the case of a portfolio with evidence of relevant experience.)
4. Reference checks and final interview
