Our Engineering Processes

Our engineering process is documentation-light and flexible. Teams are empowered to make decisions on how they can best work together.

We have adopted a lean methodology for product development, this is comprised of 2-week sprints and frequent releases. This allows us to release new features at a rapid pace!

Our Hiring Process

Our hiring process is relatively straight forward. We look for people that are eager to learn and can adapt quickly. We also believe in personal development and will ensure that we enable you to grow in any way possible.

Our process includes:

  1. 15 min call to assess fit and get to know each other with HR

  2. 15 min call to assess basic technical capabilities with our Tech lead

  3. Face-to-face meeting (Possibly a white board problem) or take home assignment

  4. Hang out with the team a bit and have a beer
