Returnista is an Amsterdam-based scale-up on a mission to redefine the way people interact with the online returns process. Online shopping is becoming an integral part of our everyday lives. Returning products is too. Turning frustration into loyalty is what Returnista is all about. It means that we focus on second to none UI, innovative ways to process returns, logistics, refunds and ways to drive revenue in the returns process. Our goal is to become the most used returns software platform in Europe.

A quick intro

We’re Returnista, a scale-up redefining the way we return our online purchases by building intuitive, friendly and smart returns solutions for more than 500 merchants across 26 countries. You're joining a collaborative, experienced team at the beginning of our high-growth period, which is why we're hiring.

You will play a key ownership role over the projects and services that make up the web platform used by our customers. These projects revolve around building new and improved ways of interacting with our software for both online merchants and consumers.

We're looking for people comfortable collaborating on a feature through the entire stack.
