Our Engineering Processes
Developing both C#.Net and Java-based solutions, redPanda subscribes to Enterprise level lean Agile methodologies based on SAFe, Scrum and KANBAN.
Each of our development team structures consist of a Technical Lead, multiple Developers, an Architect, a Business Analyst and Quality Assurance specialists, led and coached by a Development Project Manager.
Our Hiring Process
In a nutshell, candidates will be considered for written offers, once they have successfully completed the following:
- An initial short technical discussion with our COO and / or Development Managers to find out if there is a meeting of the minds.
- A soft skills interview with our Recruitment Department.
- An in-depth technical interview with key staff members and / or complete a technical test if code is not available for review due to confidentiality constraints.
- Clear background checks.
