OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS
We have a refreshingly simple interview process and are able to make quick informed decisions once we have found the right fit.
The first step is to complete a very short assessment, which can be done from home. If that goes well you are invited in for a face to face interview with the CTO, one of our senior developer and HR which normally lasts about 60 minutes. We will also show you around the office so that you can get a feel for the office environment if you were to join the team. Usually we can make a decision after this step, but sometimes we require one final, more in depth technical interview just to make 100% sure.
These steps can all be done in a matter of days...not weeks.
We also pride ourselves in giving our developers prompt feedback after interviews and would never leave anyone hanging for an answer. You will have direct access to the HR Manager who over sees this process from start to finish, and will also ensure you have the most effective on-boarding experience.
