Realm Digital is a global digital strategy and technology partner, specialising in digital solutions. Our service offering includes, but is not limited to Enterprise Solutions, Software As A Service (SaaS), Responsive eCommerce Websites, Mobile Applications and Digital Strategy.

We work with industry-leading clients across various industries, including the retail, travel publishing and financial sectors.

OUR CULTURE

As an employee of Realm Digital, you can expect to work with the latest technologies growing on a daily basis. You will work with some SUPER sharp developers who practice a culture of guiding, mentoring and coaching the team.

We have monthly social activities (airsoft, team drinks, events), daily sandwiches and free lunch on Fridays as well as fantastic bi-annual events.

We care about each employee and although we work hard its totally rewarding when you consider the amazing people that surround you. We are a tight team of developers (about 13 at the moment) and we are growing each year. We need good, honest developers to join our family and grow with us, whilst being exposed to some impressive clients and tech along the way.

OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS

We have a refreshingly simple interview process and are able to make quick informed decisions once we have found the right fit.

The first step is to complete a very short assessment, which can be done from home. If that goes well you are invited in for a face to face interview with the CTO, one of our senior developer and HR which normally lasts about 60 minutes. We will also show you around the office so that you can get a feel for the office environment if you were to join the team. Usually we can make a decision after this step, but sometimes we require one final, more in depth technical interview just to make 100% sure.

These steps can all be done in a matter of days...not weeks.

We also pride ourselves in giving our developers prompt feedback after interviews and would never leave anyone hanging for an answer. You will have direct access to the HR Manager who over sees this process from start to finish, and will also ensure you have the most effective on-boarding experience.
