OUR ENGINEERING PROCESS
Our work philosophy is to create a relaxed and empowering environment with minimal management and the space for people to bring their best. We run our development process on the kanban methodology.
OUR HIRING PROCESS
We understand that finding the right fit is so important to creating meaningful work. For this reason we take care in choosing who to join our team.
After a brief online pre-screening test to see if you've got the goods we'll arrange a face-to-face interview with our Lead Developer and Product Lead. This will include a programming exercise. But don't stress, it won't hurt.
From there, if we think you're a good match, we'll organise a follow up interview for you to meet more of the team and possibly take our relationship to the next level.
