QAware is an independent software manufacturer and consultancy and has been repeatedly awarded as one of the Best Workplaces in IT in Germany by kununu and the Great Place to Work Institute.

Among all German companies ranging between 101 to 500 employees, we are currently ranked first in the category “Best IT workplaces”.

We are there to help when technical crises arise, when existing critical systems fail or performance issues make users'​ lives difficult. We quickly determine where the issues lie, eliminate the problems and make the systems fit again for the future. This is what we call Diagnosis and Renovation.

We invent, develop and implement applications that never before existed. These applications provide our customers with a decisive advantage as they make processes and products possible that were previously unimaginable. We call that Exploration and Realization.

We have offices in Munich, Mainz and Rosenheim.

We offer an ideal ecosystem for software engineers. We love to pass on our knowledge in talks, workshops and our Engineering Camp. We offer flexible working time and home office arrangements as well as part-time jobs. We support external qualifications like MBA and doctorate.

We are looking for graduates of computer science (or similar courses like mathematics or physics) with as well as without a doctorate.
