Our Engineering Processes

Client-server application written in Delphi with SQL Server as the back-end.
We use an extensive library which we constantly expand to ensure we have centralised procedures and functions.
A programmer writes the technical specifications for approved modifications. The specification will then be reviewed by two senior developers, typically the taxonomists for the specific area in the software. Once completed there will be a code review prior to allocating the work for testing.

Our Hiring Process

One-on-one with Director, Operations Manager and Development Team Leader followed by the testing of some basic programming and reasoning skills.
