Our Hiring Process

Prop Data tends to have a less onerous hiring process compared with most digital & software engineering businesses. We commence the process with an initial informal interview to ensure the candidate fits the cultural makeup of the business - this is very important to us as we all work very closely together as a team. Once we are satisfied you are a good fit we will then conduct a more formal second interview with our technical architect to ensure a fit on the development skills front. This will be followed by a technical assessment to confirm your abilities in terms of the stack we employ.
